Welcome to 360 Bharat Craft! Every design you choose from our store is special, and we treat it that way.

Unlike fast-fashion brands, we operate on a premium Made-to-Order (Print-on-Demand) model. This means that every t-shirt, hoodie, or merchandise you order is freshly printed and custom-crafted exclusively for you only after your order is placed.

Because we create these products specifically for you, we request that you carefully read our Return and Exchange guidelines below.

1. Sizing & Fit (Please Check the Size Chart)

Since every item is custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or free exchanges for size mismatches or incorrect size selections made by the customer.

  • We highly encourage you to refer to our detailed Size Chart available on every product page before placing your order.
  • Taking a minute to measure and select the right size helps us avoid unnecessary wastage and ensures you get the perfect fit the very first time!

2. The Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

Transparency and trust go hand-in-hand. To ensure a smooth resolution for any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

  • Please record a clear video while opening the original courier package.
  • The video must show the shipping label and the condition of the product as it comes out of the package, with no cuts or pauses.
  • Note: No return or replacement claims will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We conduct rigorous quality checks before shipping. However, if we made a mistake, we will gladly take full responsibility! You are eligible for a 100% free replacement or refund ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged, torn, or broken.
  • The printing is noticeably defective, misaligned, or faded.
  • You received the wrong product or a different size than what you originally ordered.

How to claim: Email us the unboxing video and clear photos of the defect at support@360bharatcraft.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once our quality team verifies the issue, we will dispatch a fresh replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

4. Special Exception Exchanges (Subject to Approval)

While returns for size issues are not standard policy due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we understand that genuine mistakes happen.

  • As a special courtesy, if a size exchange is approved by our support team, applicable reverse shipping, re-printing, and handling charges will apply.
  • The exact fee will be communicated to you by our team based on your location and the product category.
  • The original item must be returned completely unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom-personalised apparel or bespoke designs.
  • Face masks, innerwear, or socks.
  • Items bought during clearance sales or special promotional events.

6. Return Process & Fulfilment Hub

If your return/exchange is approved:

  1. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
  2. The product will be returned directly to our designated Fulfilment & Printing Hub for inspection.
  3. Once the item successfully passes our quality check (confirming it is unused and unwashed), your replacement will be processed, or your refund/store credit will be initiated.

7. Refund Timelines

For approved refunds (in case a replacement is not feasible):

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5тАУ7 business days after the returned product clears our quality inspection.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) paid during checkout are non-refundable.
