1. Orders
Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections on 360BharatCraft.com, select the items you like, choose your size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment.
Q2: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: You can only modify an order within 12 hours of placement. After that, it may already be processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at support@360bharatcraft.com if you need changes.
2. Payments
Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept multiple secure payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
- Wallets
- COD (Cash on Delivery)
Q4: Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely! All payments are processed through trusted gateways like Razorpay, PayU, or Stripe, and your data is encrypted via SSL.
3. Shipping
Q5: Do you ship across India?
A: Yes! We deliver nationwide. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 business days, while Tier 2/3 cities may take 3–7 business days.
Q6: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can also track it on the “Track Your Order” page or the courier’s portal.
Q7: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, on orders above ₹999. For orders below this, a nominal shipping fee applies.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q8: How do I return a product?
A: Initiate a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@360bharatcraft.com with your Order ID, product name, and reason. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Q9: What items cannot be returned?
A: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, masks, and clearance sale items cannot be returned.
Q10: How long will my refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–4 additional days to reflect in your account.
Q11: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes, exchanges for size or color are allowed if the replacement item is available. Exchanges follow the same inspection process as returns.
5. Cancellations
Q12: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@360bharatcraft.com. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
6. Sizing & Fit
Q13: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page. Sizes are in inches, and we recommend checking the measurements before ordering. Minor variations may occur due to fabric and style.
Q14: What if the size doesn’t fit?
A: You can request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Q15: What should I do if my product is damaged?
A: If your product is damaged or defective, email support@360bharatcraft.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
8. Promotions & Discounts
Q16: Can I use multiple coupons at once?
A: Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Q17: Do discounts affect returns/refunds?
A: Refunds are processed for the amount you actually paid. Discounts or promotional prices will be reflected in the refunded amount.
