1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
- You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at:

- Once the order is shipped, it is eligible for return/exchange as per our Return & Refund Policy, but direct cancellation is not possible.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:
- Send an email to support@360bharatcraft.com with your Order ID and request for cancellation.
- Our team will verify your request and confirm the cancellation within 24 hours.
- If the order has already been shipped, you will be notified, and you can follow the Return & Refund process once it arrives.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Once your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed as store credit or bank transfer, based on your preference.
4. Important Notes
- Orders that have been partially shipped cannot be partially canceled. You may request a return for items you do not want once delivered.
- If an order is canceled due to unavailability of stock, you will receive a full refund, and we will notify you immediately.
- Promotional or discount-based orders are eligible for refunds of the amount actually paid, not the original listed price.
