We’re dedicated to delivering your favorite fashion pieces safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed on https://360bharatcraft.com.
1. Service Coverage
We currently deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-volume periods (sales, festive seasons), dispatch time may extend slightly — we’ll notify you via email/SMS if delays occur.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier partner’s network availability.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge (₹49–₹99) applies to orders below ₹999.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier name.
You can track your order through:
- The “Track Your Order” page on our website, or
- The courier’s official tracking portal using your tracking ID.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details (name, address, pincode, and phone number) are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts.
- If the package is undeliverable after multiple attempts or refused at delivery, it will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery will be arranged once we receive the returned parcel; additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen events (weather, strikes, or courier issues).
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at support@360bharatcraft.com with your Order ID — we’ll help you resolve it quickly.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept it.
Take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
10. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment (if applicable).
11. Delivery Areas with Limited Access
Certain regions (like remote villages, islands, or military zones) may have limited courier service. In such cases:
- We’ll notify you if we’re unable to deliver.
- A full refund will be processed immediately if delivery isn’t possible.
12. International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We’re working on expanding our reach globally!
International customers will soon be able to shop directly from 360 Bharat Craft, with transparent customs and delivery charges.
