We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy explains how you can return items, request refunds, or exchange products purchased from https://360bharatcraft.com.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is in resalable condition and free from stains, damage, or odour.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order ID is provided.

Non-returnable items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments
  • Face masks or accessories
  • Clearance sale or “Final Sale” items

If an item is marked as “non-returnable” on the product page, it is not eligible for return under any circumstances.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Mention your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and share return instructions or pickup details.
  4. Depending on your location, the item will be either:
    • Picked up by our courier partner, or
    • You’ll be asked to ship it back to our return address (provided by our team).

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, size, or style preference, the customer will need to bear the shipping cost.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking ID when shipping back an item yourself.


4. Inspection & Approval

Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality check.
We will notify you by email once your return has been inspected and approved (or rejected if it doesn’t meet our criteria).

Approval typically takes 2–4 business days after receiving the return.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed if:

  • The returned item passes the inspection process.
  • The product was not listed as non-returnable.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.)
  • In some cases, you can choose to receive a store credit or gift coupon instead.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank, the credited amount may take an additional 2–4 working days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to product availability.

Exchange Terms:

  • Exchanges are valid only once per order.
  • The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value.
  • If the replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges follow the same inspection and approval process as returns.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us immediately.

  1. Email us at support@360bharatcraft.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include clear photographs of the item and the packaging.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

We reserve the right to decline claims that are made after 48 hours of delivery or lack sufficient proof.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned timeframe:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your payment provider (sometimes there’s a short processing delay).
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@360bharatcraft.com, and we’ll help track your refund.

9. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@360bharatcraft.com.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
However, you can still request a return after delivery as per the above policy.

10. Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges requested beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are not applicable for COD (Cash on Delivery) unless processed through store credit.
  • Products purchased using promotional offers or discounts may be refunded at the actual amount paid, not the original price.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
